The language translation does not work

First of all, we're sorry that you've experienced this issue.
On rare occasions, some users have reported that the multi-language translation function (About > Change Language button in the top menu bar) does not work for them.
In almost all cases, the best solution is to use a different internet browser (sorry, not all browsers play nicely with our language-translation tool.)
